•    クレジットカード（Stripe経由、Square経由）
•    PayPal
•    銀行振込（振込手数料はお客様負担）
•    現金（フェイスペイント、オーダーメイドのデジタルアートのみ対応）⸻商品の引き渡し時期
•    デジタルアート：制作完了後、Eメールまたはダイレクトメッセージにて納品（通常7〜14日以内）
•    印刷版（額装あり）：制作完了後、5営業日以内に発送
•    ウォールアート（壁画）：
•    ご依頼内容に応じてスケジュールを調整し、事前にご相談のうえで制作開始となります。
•    制作期間はデザインの複雑さや壁のサイズにより異なりますが、通常1週間〜1か月程度を目安としています。
•    完成後、現場での確認と最終仕上げを行い、完了後に引き渡しとなります。
•    フェイスペイント：
•    祭りやイベント当日に会場にて提供いたします。
•    混雑状況により、待ち時間が発生する場合があります。⸻修復・メンテナンス（ウォールアート）
•    壁画完成後、3年間は無償修復を行います。
•    無償修復の対象は、経年劣化や軽微な汚れに限ります。
•    以下の理由による損傷は有償修復となります。
•    自然災害（地震、台風、大雨など）による損傷
•    第三者による破損（落書き、引っ掻き傷など）
•    お客様ご自身の手による損傷（意図的な改変や破損など）
•    3年経過後の修復については、損傷の規模に応じて見積もりを提示し、ご同意いただいたうえで修復を行います。⸻フェイスペイントの料金について
•    ワンポイントデザイン：500円〜700円
•    カスタムワンポイントデザイン：1,000円
•    事前予約のカスタムデザイン：1,500円※デザインの難易度や所要時間によって料金が変動する場合があります。⸻キャンセルポリシーデジタルアート・印刷版・オーダーメイド
•    制作開始後のキャンセルはお受けできません。ウォールアート（壁画）
•    デザイン提案後のキャンセル：デザイン制作費のみをご請求させていただきます。
•    制作開始後のキャンセル：お客様都合でのキャンセルについては、返金不可とさせていただきます。
•    万が一、自然災害や事故などで完成できなかった場合：
•    制作が50%以上進んでいる場合 → 返金なし（完成した部分の価値を考慮）
•    制作が50%未満の場合 → お客様と協議のうえ、返金額を決定フェイスペイント
•    イベント主催者に雇われて参加する場合：
•    天候不良やイベントの中止など、主催者側の都合で開催自体が中止となった場合は、事前にいただいた料金は全額返金いたします。
•    お客様個人のご都合によるキャンセルについては、事前にご連絡いただければ柔軟に対応いたします。⸻フェイスペイントに関する注意事項
•    使用する塗料は、皮膚に優しい専用のフェイスペイント用カラーを使用しています。
•    アレルギーがある方、皮膚が敏感な方は事前にお申し出ください。
•    デザインのご希望は可能な範囲で対応いたしますが、難易度の高いデザインは対応できない場合があります。
•    フェイスペイントは一時的なアートであり、汗や水分で落ちる場合があります。⸻著作権・使用権
•    壁画やデジタルアートの著作権は木幡知穂里に帰属します。
•    制作した作品の写真・映像は、自身のポートフォリオやSNSに掲載することがあります。
•    お客様も、作品の写真を自由に使用いただけます。
•    壁画デザインの商業利用をご希望の場合は、別途2万円でデザインの使用権を譲渡可能です。⸻免責事項
•    制作後の自然な劣化や色褪せについては責任を負いかねます。
•    壁の構造上の問題により発生した塗装の剥がれや損傷についても、責任を負いかねます。
•    制作中に発生したトラブルは、双方誠意を持って協議し解決を図ります。

•    Digital Art: Delivered via email or direct message upon completion (typically within 7–14 days).
•    Printed Art (with frame): Shipped within 5 business days after completion.
•    Wall Art (Mural Painting):
•    The schedule will be arranged with the client in advance depending on the complexity of the design and wall size.
•    The production period typically ranges from 1 week to 1 month.
•    The artwork will be handed over after final confirmation and touch-up on-site.
•    Face Painting:
•    Provided at festivals or events on the day of the event.
•    Depending on the crowd, waiting times may occur.⸻Wall Art Maintenance & Repairs
•    Mural paintings are eligible for free repairs for three years after completion.
•    Free repairs cover natural wear and minor stains only.
•    The following cases will require paid repairs:
•    Natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rain, etc.)
•    Third-party damage (graffiti, scratches, etc.)
•    Customer-induced damage (intentional alterations or breakage)
•    After the three-year period, repair costs will be determined based on the scale of damage and provided as an estimate for approval.⸻Face Painting Prices
•    Simple One-Point Design: ¥500–¥700
•    Custom One-Point Design: ¥1,000

•    Cancellation after the design proposal: Only the design fee will be charged.
•    Cancellation after production has begun: No refund will be provided.
•    In the event of natural disasters or accidents that prevent completion:
•    If 50% or more of the work is completed → No refund (the value of the completed portion will be considered).
•    If less than 50% of the work is completed → The refund amount will be determined through consultation.Face Painting
•    If hired by an event organizer:
•    In the event of event cancellation due to bad weather or the organizer’s decision, any pre-paid fees will be refunded in full.
•    For individual customer cancellations:

•    Only skin-safe face paint designed for cosmetic use will be applied.
•    Please notify us in advance if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
•    While we strive to meet all design requests, complex designs may not be possible depending on time constraints and difficulty.

•    Photos and videos of completed works may be used in my portfolio and social media.
•    Clients are also welcome to freely use photos of their purchased works.
